These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mission to Systems™ course platform at missiontosystems.com, operated by Information Technology and Resource Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in any course or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Course Access
Upon purchase or complimentary enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your individual use. Your access includes:
All video modules, downloadable tools, and worksheets included in your enrolled course
Any bonus content added to the course after your enrollment date
Course updates made during your active access period

You may not share your login credentials, distribute course content to others, or resell or reproduce any course materials without written permission. Each enrollment is for one individual user.

Intellectual Property
All course content — including but not limited to video recordings, written frameworks, worksheets, named frameworks such as the Five Laws of Institutional Durability™, the Documentation Threshold™, the Financial Credibility Model™, the Impact Integrity Model™, the Founder Continuity Model™, the 90-Day Absence Test™, the Structural Scaling Model™, and the Operator to Architect™ framework — is the intellectual property of Information Technology and Resource Development LLC and is protected by United States copyright law.
You may use the frameworks and tools in your own organization. You may not teach, reproduce, license, or distribute the course content or frameworks to others without written permission.

Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in United States dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy
Digital products (PDF and course access)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF downloads and course access are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact sylvester@missiontosystems.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical book orders (bulk)
Bulk book orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter the fulfillment queue. Books that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge upon notification with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
Complimentary access
Complimentary course access granted to participants or other invited users is provided at no charge and is not subject to refund terms.

User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission
Use course content for commercial training or resale purposes
Attempt to circumvent platform security or access controls
Submit false or misleading information in surveys, assessments, or capstone submissions
Engage in any conduct that disrupts the course experience for other users

Capstone and Survey Submissions
Submission of the Governance Action Plan capstone and course exit survey is voluntary. By submitting, you grant us permission to use your responses for the purposes and at the consent level you indicated at the time of submission. You may withdraw consent for case study use at any time by emailing sylvester@missiontosystems.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect uses already made prior to the withdrawal request.

Certificates of Completion
Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing all required course modules and the course exit survey. Certificates document participation in the Mission to Systems™ course and are not academic credentials or professional certifications recognized by any licensing or accreditation body.

Disclaimers
Mission to Systems™ is an educational course. The frameworks, tools, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. Results will vary based on your organization, leadership, and implementation. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes from completing the course.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Information Technology and Resource Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the course platform or course content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled users by email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
