When you enroll in a course, purchase a product, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Billing address and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Organization name and country
  • Survey and self-assessment responses submitted through the course or Google Forms
  • Capstone assignment responses submitted voluntarily through our submission form
  • Any communications you send us directly by email

Our platform (Kajabi) and analytics tools may collect:

  • Course progress and completion data
  • Login timestamps and session information
  • Device type, browser, and general location data
  • Pages visited and content accessed within the course platform

  • Deliver course content and issue certificates of completion
  • Process payments and send purchase confirmations
  • Send course-related communications, including welcome emails and Q&A session announcements
  • Measure course impact through aggregated governance maturity data (pre- and post-course)
  • Develop anonymized case studies from capstone submissions where you have provided explicit consent
  • Improve course content based on survey and assessment responses

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With Kajabi, our course platform provider, which hosts and delivers course content
  • With Stripe, our payment processor, which handles all payment transactions securely
  • With Google, which operates the Google Forms tools we use for surveys and capstone submissions
  • With service providers who assist our operations under confidentiality obligations
  • Where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or organization
  • In aggregated, anonymized form for impact reporting — never in a way that identifies you personally without consent

 

  1. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Course completion records and certificates are retained indefinitely to support verification requests. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Survey and capstone responses are retained for up to five years for impact measurement purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@missiontosystems.com.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for optional uses such as case study development

Mission to Systems™ is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our course from outside the United States — including participants in the GlobalGiving Governance Learning Pilot located in other countries — your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By enrolling in the course, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same privacy protections to all users regardless of location.

 

  1. Cookies and Tracking

Kajabi uses cookies and similar technologies to deliver course content, maintain your login session, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect your ability to access course content. We do not operate third-party advertising on this platform.

 

  1. Children's Privacy

Our courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at hello@missiontosystems.com, and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify enrolled users by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
